Competition Schedule

May - August: Authors work on their entries.
September 1: Authors must mail the organizer with their intent to enter. One month remains for work on entries.
September 30: Authors mail their games to the organizer. Judges wait impatiently.
October 2: Games are released sometime around now; the six-week judging period begins.
November 15: All votes must be submitted by the end of the day.

Note that deadlines are arbitrarily set for midnight Eastern Standard Time on the day listed above (i.e. 12:00 which divides the date listed and the day after it). For example, votes must be submitted by midnight EST on November 15th.
