You have several choices of files to download.
Achtung! The file comp00.z5 is bad in some of the archives out there. To test if your version of comp00.z5 is broken, run it and push the big red button in the game. If you get an error, you'll need to find a fixed version comp00.z5. Hopefully the archive where you downloaded the games will have one for you.
If you download one of the packages which has no interpreters, you will need to get the interpreters yourself. You will need a TADS interpreter, an Inform/z-machine interpreter, a Hugo interpreter, an AGT interpreter, and (if you're running Windows) the ADRIFT interpreter.
